  Securely pack the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
